Objective:


Erborian e-commerce 2014 launch


Solution:


Oversee and mentor designer in developing the website's aesthetic, encompassing color palettes, typography, and imagery.


Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback into the final designs.


Collaborate closely with internal developers on pre- and post-launch testing to ensure a seamless user experience.


Maintain consistent communication with global e-commerce teams, provide regular timeline updates, deliver assets, and proactively troubleshoot issues.

2017 – To streamline development and workflows across sister brands, the site is adapted to a system shared by loccitane.com. Featuring modules including vertical, horizontal, and square formats, countries can easily add and tailor content to their specific market needs.
